We're looking for someone with:
- B2B Sales Experience – Proven track record in direct sales to companies, ideally in the IT, consulting, or digital marketing sectors.
- Mastery of Sales Tools – Comfortable using CRM platforms and proficient with the main Office tools, ensuring daily organization and efficiency.
- Relevant Academic Background – Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as management, marketing, engineering, or technology.
- Language Skills – Fluent in Portuguese and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
- Proactivity and Autonomy – Initiative and the ability to move forward with confidence, even in challenging contexts or without direct supervision.
- Resilience and Ability to Overcome Challenges – Persistence in the face of obstacles, maintaining focus on the end goal: generating opportunities and closing deals.

Tasks and Responsabilities:
- Market prospecting – Actively identifying potential clients through database analysis and using various prospecting sources to ensure a constant flow of opportunities.
- First Commercial Contact – Making prospecting calls (cold calls) focused on presenting the company and its services, sparking interest and generating curiosity in the lead.
- Lead Qualification – Applying defined criteria to assess the suitability of leads and ensure that only contacts with real potential continue in the sales process.
- Meeting Scheduling – Booking qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring the clear and accurate delivery of relevant information.
- Follow-up and Lead Nurturing – Ongoing follow-up with leads that are not yet ready for conversion, maintaining the relationship through strategic content and regular communication.
- CRM Management and Reporting – Rigorous CRM updates encompassing all interactions, and preparation of periodic reports with performance indicators and market insights.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team – Participation in meetings with the sales team to align strategies, review results, and share best practices.
- Continuous Training and Development – Participation in internal training sessions aimed at developing sales skills and deepening knowledge about the company's products, services, and positioning.
